If you submit a paper application you will be charged $25 for us to input the information. This fee will be charged for each application submitted. The fee is due upon turning in the application. Applications can only be accepted in the office so we can collect the fee. Paper applications that are emailed, faxed, mailed, or delivered in person will be discarded immediately if payment is not presented with the application.
